Administrative Zoning

The Zoning Administrator (ZA) makes recommendations to the City Council on larger development projects and is the final decision maker for Conditional Use Permits, Variances, Planned Unit Development Permits, and various other development permits. When a subdivision map is reviewed, the Administrative Zoning public hearing will be jointly held with the Subdivision Committee. The Administrative Zoning public hearings are held on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month at 4 p.m. The meeting dates, times, and locations are subject to change.

Agendas, Materials, and Minutes are available at mountainview.legistar.com. All meeting agendas are posted 72 hours prior to the meeting date.
