The Development Review Committee (DRC) consists of the Deputy Zoning Administrator and two consulting architect professionals. The DRC reviews building architecture, site design, and improvements of new development and provides applicants with design comments. The DRC meets the first and third Wednesdays each month at 2 p.m. All meeting dates, times, and locations are subject to change.
