On December 6, 2022, the City Council approved amendments to three sub-areas (A, H, and G) of the Downtown Precise Plan. The updates focus on strengthening the preservation of the existing architectural character of Downtown Mountain View and promote active ground-floor uses, such as retail and personal services.

• December 6, 2022 - City Council public hearing approving amendments to the Precise Plan (see Item 7.3).
• September 21, 2022 - Environmental Planning Commission public hearing with recommendation to City Council (see Item 4.2).
• June 8, 2021 - City Council Study Session (see Item 3.1)
• May 5, 2021 - Environmental Planning Commission Study Session (see Item 5.1)
• December 3, 2019 - City Council authorization of scope of work (see Item 4.2)
