Apply for FEMA individual assistance due to January storms 

The Federal Emergency Management Agency amended its Major Disaster Declaration pertaining to the January 2023 storms, including Santa Clara County for Individual Assistance (already designated for Public Assistance). FEMA has expanded eligibility for government financial and direct services under the Individual Assistance Program to impacted individuals and households in Santa Clara County. The sole function of mobile registration intake centers (MRICs) being in our area is to register individuals affected by the January 2023 winter storms.

To ensure convenient access, MRICs will periodically relocate to different sites within the county, offering registration support to affected community members. The MRIC will be on-site this week at the City of Mountain View Police and Fire Administration Building front parking lot, 1000 Villa St., from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Tuesday, June 13 through Sunday, June 18.
