Beginning on Jan. 1, 2024, the citywide minimum wage will increase to $18.75 for all businesses located or operating in Mountain View. This increase is based on the regional Consumer Price Index (CPI), which tracks changes in the price of the everyday goods and services we use the most.

Mountain View businesses are required to post the new wage rate in a location visible to all employees.
