Keeping Mountain View Safe and Prepared.

We want to hear from you!

6/26/24 Update: At the Tuesday, June 25 meeting, the Mountain View City Council voted unanimously to place a revenue measure on the November 2024 ballot. The ballot measure would amend the City of Mountain View’s existing Real Property Conveyance Tax Ordinance. If approved by Mountain View voters, the amendment would increase the tax for residential and commercial property sales above $6 million to $15 per $1,000.

If you would like to share your ideas on what priorities the potential new revenues could be directed toward, email the City Manager’s Office at City.Mgr@mountainview.gov.

More information about revenue measure will be available soon on the City Election Information webpage.
