A Fire permit application can be submitted online using either the online application or a Fire One-Stop Appointment. Please review the submittal requirements for your proposed scope of work to determine which application method to use. All permit submittals will only be accepted electronically.

If there is an associated Building permit for a project, the building permit must be approved and ready for permit issuance prior to submitting any Fire permit application for plan check.

One-Stop Appointment

A virtual Fire One-Stop Appointment can be scheduled online

Available Appointments: 1-hour appointment on Tuesday or Thursday from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Type of projects that qualify for a one-stop appointment:

  • Fire sprinkler modifications with twenty (20) heads or less, located within a building that is currently or was previously occupied
  • Fire alarm modifications to five (5) devices are fewer.
  • All restaurant hood and duct extinguishing systems.
  • Underground fire service systems.
  • As-built plans requested to be submitted by the Fire Protection Engineer.
