Council Advisory Bodies serve in an advisory capacity to the City Council on a wide range of matters, including zoning and land use, library policy, parks and recreation programs, social and cultural issues, and public art and aesthetics. All meetings are open to the public.

Members are appointed by the City Council for four-year terms, except for the Downtown Committee, serves three-year terms. Applications for appointment to boards, commissions or committees are available at the City Clerk's Office or downloading this form.
