Utility Adjustment Petitions for Landlords

The City of Mountain View’s Rent Stabilization Division hosts workshops to increase community awareness and understanding of the rental protections in Mountain View.

This is a virtual landlord  focused workshop about updates to how utilities such as water, sewer, and garbage can be charged to tenants.
