The City of Mountain View has released a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for affordable rental and ownership housing development. City funds are available on a first-come, first-served basis until all funds have been committed. A complete description of the NOFA process is provided in the attached NOFA application package.

The City has a tradition of providing quality affordable housing through an open and inclusive public participation process. Qualified affordable housing developers, who can demonstrate their ability to design, build and manage affordable housing are welcome to submit proposals.
