1500 N Shoreline Blvd Site PlanOn August 14, 2023, Octane Fayette LLC submitted formal Planning applications for a Development Review Permit, Planned Community Permit, Heritage Tree Removal Permit, and Vesting Tentative Map to replace and demolish six existing residential units and an approximately 6,900 square foot vacant commercial building to construct a 7-story, 70-unit condominium development with 20% affordable units above a subterranean parking garage. The 0.67-acre project site is located on the south side of Fayette Drive between Del Medio Avenue and San Antonio Road in the P-40 (San Antonio) Precise Plan.

This formal application follows a Preliminary SB 330 Application submitted by the applicant on April 10, 2023.
